Find and Use Images– What’s Fair? (ninety minutes)
Tuesday, February 21, 4–5:30 p.m. in Young Research Library, Research Commons Classroom

This workshop, scheduled in celebration of Fair Use Week, combines online demonstrations and hands-on practice to show researchers how to find images in databases, as well as from open content, creative commons, and other sources. We will also address issues related to image rights and fair use, focusing on student scholarship and creative projects. Taught by Janine Henri, Architecture, Design, and Digital Services Librarian, and Martin Brennan, Copyright and Licensing Librarian.
