Metadata Central: Kickoff workshop

Thanks to funding from the UC Humanities Research Institute (UCHRI), Metadata Central will engage a group of UC Humanities graduate students in metadata training and practice. From each participating UC campus, a graduate student will be selected to participate in the workshop. The introductory 2-day workshop at UCLA in January 2016 will cover the theory, methods and practice of the identification, form and relation of metadata to students’ research and presentation goals.
