2018 Course Sharing Symposium
Los Angeles, CA 90095 + Google Map
The Dean of Humanities with the Center for Digital Humanities invites you to discover a new course delivery model already successfully in use by several Humanities departments. Please join us at our inaugural Course Sharing Symposium on Wednesday May 16th.
This Symposium is an opportunity to learn what is happening with course sharing across the UC campuses, and how you might leverage this method to expand learning opportunities for students and enrollment opportunities for your department, and promote lesser taught languages and subjects.
The programming for this inaugural event will take place starting at 1pm on Wednesday, May 16th in the HumTech Learning Lab@Rolfe (2118 Rolfe Hall) and consist of three parts:
- Navigating the Administrative Realities of Course Sharing
- Pedagogical Adjustments/Opportunities
- Technology and the Tools to Realize Effective Course Sharing
We hope you’ll attend and join us in discussing the future and potentiality of Course Sharing across the University of California system.
Light refreshments will be served.
