Michelle Moravec: Looking for Gender in the History of Woman Suffrage: A Digital Approach
Michelle Moravec is an associate professor of history and the program director of Women’s and Gender Studies at Rosemont College in Philadelphia. She works as a digital history editor for Women and Social Movements and writes frequently about the digital humanities for the Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Education, and the Mid-Atlantic Research Center for the Humanities. She also serves as a consultant for the National Institute for Technology in Liberal Education in the area of curricular transformation. Her current book project The Politics of Women’s Culture: Digging Digitally for the Grassroots combines computational analysis with traditional historical methodologies.
