Small Bytes – Data visualization with Python or Advanced retrieval strategies with an academic database
This week, we’ll be looking at data visualization with Python or Advanced retrieval strategies with an academic database. Presented by Tianji Jiang.
Data visualization is a powerful tool that can help us communicate information, gain insights, and make informed decisions. In this workshop, we will explore some basic concepts of data visualization, learn about different types of charts and graphs, and practice data visualization with real data and Matplotlib, a comprehensive library for creating visualizations in Python.
We’ll be meeting via Zoom in our regular online support room.
The Small Bytes workshop series introduces a new instructional or research tool or topic every week. In less than an hour, learn the basics and discuss how this might be applied to humanities research and teaching.
No RSVP necessary.
