I am locked out of my HUMNET account. What can I do?
HUMNET computer account lockouts occur most frequently when there are five invalid login attempts within a 10-minute span. If this occurs, you can simply wait ten minutes and your account will automatically unlock allowing you to attempt login again. Alternatively, you can contact your departmental DTA for further assistance and they can remotely unlock your HUMNET computer account.
